No. Most women don’t. That’s exactly why coaching begins with Renewal Discovery—a conversation designed to help us understand what you’re carrying and what kind of support may be helpful. You don’t need a plan or answers before you begin.

Renewal Discovery is a 45-minute, one-on-one conversation where we talk through what you’re experiencing, what feels heavy, and whether coaching is the right next step. It’s not a consultation or a sales call. There’s no pressure to commit and nothing you need to prepare.

No. Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Coaching at Be Renewed is faith-centered, forward-focused, and structured, designed to support healing, renewal, and growth. While emotional healing is part of the work, coaching does not diagnose, treat, or replace mental health care. If therapy is needed, I will encourage and support you in seeking that care.

Coaching begins with Renewal Discovery. This is a 45-minute conversation where we’ll talk about where you are and how I can support you. If we sense a good fit and you feel ready to continue, you’ll complete a reflection assessment. I’ll use this, along with what we discuss, to recommend a coaching journey tailored just for you, offered in 6, 9, or 12 one-hour sessions. Each journey begins with HEAL, a phase focused on building a strong foundation of emotional and spiritual safety.

You don’t choose a journey on your own. We begin with Renewal Discovery. If we’re a good fit and you’d like to continue, you’ll complete a reflection assessment. I then review both and recommend a 6, 9, or 12-session coaching journey of one-hour sessions that fits your needs and season.

Sessions are one hour and are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your coaching journey. Each session builds intentionally toward healing, renewal, and forward movement.

Yes. I am a Christian and Love the Lord. Be Renewed coaching is rooted in biblical truth, prayer, and faith, while remaining compassionate, grounded, and practical. Faith is integrated thoughtfully throughout the coaching process, not imposed or forced. You don’t need to have everything figured out spiritually to begin. This work meets you where you are and supports growth at a pace that honors both your faith and your healing.

That’s okay. Renewal Discovery exists so you can explore coaching without pressure or obligation. The purpose of that conversation is to help you understand whether this support feels right for you right now. If you need time after the conversation, you’re free to pause, reflect, or return when the season feels right. Many women choose to continue nurturing their growth through the Be Renewed Collective, or by receiving occasional reflections and updates from me designed to offer encouragement and clarity. Choosing coaching is always your decision.

That’s completely okay. Renewal Discovery is a space for clarity and discernment, not obligation. If you decide not to continue with coaching, there is no pressure or follow-up expectation. You’re always welcome to return in the future or stay connected through the Be Renewed Collective and occasional reflections shared by email. As Jesus said, “My yoke is easy and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:30) This journey is about finding rest and peace, not about heavy demands or pressure.
